Repeated exposure builds taste preferences. Children fed unhealthy foods learn through repetition to prefer them.
Many pre-schoolers are now easily able to recognise fast-food and fizzy drink brand images before they can even read!
These early habits damage their bodies for life. We are now beginning to see young adults who have absolutely no control of their eating because of this childhood conditioning.
The Health Services don’t know how to deal with them – and the individuals pray only for a stomach band to make their life bearable.
It’s not a disease, its not genetic. It IS “addiction damage”, bought on by years of exposure…
